Our Dogs

Many of the dogs at the centre were previously living on the streets or were severely mistreated by their owners. Rescued dogs live at the centre until an adoptive home is found for them.  Unfortunately in Peru, many people prefer to have male dogs; thus, many female dogs living at the centre have not found adoptive homes as yet.

All of the dogs living at the centre have been sterilized and have routine veterinary checks as well as de-worming and vaccinations.  These are friendly, loving dogs who tend to be well-socialized.
